| In June,1959 |
TOMINAGA IRON FOUNDRY CO.,LTD.
was established by the late
Mr.Nobuyoshi Tominaga at Yayoi-cho
Kochi,Kochi Pref.manufacture of
Grey Iron Castings commenced

Our works removed to maruike-cho,
Kochi and Machinery shop was newly
constructed in the works.

After retirement of the president
Mr.Morihiko Tominaga has succeed
to president accordingly

| In March,1987 |
New foundly and machinery shop were
constructed at the present address
which are in the Industrial Area
specilly prepared by the Kochi
Prefectual Authorities.
Vacum emission spectrometer,vareious
mechanical testing machines and
investigating facilities were newly
equiped. The previous works have been
closed.

TOMINAGA IRON FOUNDRY CO.,LTD.was
aouthorized manufacture of S-g iron
and Grey iron casting by Lloyd's
Register of Shipping.

We recognized into a joint-stock
company and have changed name as
follows TOMINAGA CO .,LTD.
We have also increased the capital to
￥45,000,000 and Morihiko Tominaga
appointed a president without interru-
ption.

TOMINAGA CO.,LTD.removed a part of our
machinery shop to "TECNO KOCHI"
industrial area when that area was
completed.

manufacture of S-g iron casting by
NIPPON KAIJI KYOKAI.

DET NORSKE VERITAS KOBE.
